Extra Curricular Activities

Sports Clubs include – Football, Rugby, Cricket, Athletics, Table Tennis, Badminton, Trampolining, Multi-Gym

Other sports related activities include visits from Sports professionals, Master classes, Student Sports Leaders, who organise events with local primaries and inter-house competitions, and the annual Sports Day.  An outdoor residential unit is also being planned so support Level 3 students with their studies.

Duke of Edinburgh – a popular extra-curricular activity amongst students and staff, this is co-ordinated by a Faculty team member but draws from staff across the school who were eager to get involved.

Our Level 2 Health and Social Care students also attend a 2 week work-experience placement to bring the subject to life and we have also had a variety of speakers and events such as Health Tech visits, First Aid and Safety day to broaden the experiences and understanding of our students.

Recent KS5 curriculum trips have included a London Parliamentary visit, a trip to Wembley and attendance at a variety of University Master Classes.
